The staff were so friendly and helpful, offering useful advice and in-room attentions such as complimentary minibars and daily towel replenishments. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with lovely balconies and stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel boasts wonderful facilities including several pools, indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids, various dining options, and an impressive breakfast catering to Chinese and Western tastes.

My kids loved playing with the toys they offered in the pools and on the beach. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of Chinese and Western options. This hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect! The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my luxurious needs were met. The spa and wellness center offered exclusive amenities, like a full body massage and beauty treatment, which I indulged in and left feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for guests to use. The barbeque grills provided a fun and unique dining experience, and the live entertainment added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the strong cooked-oily smell that lingered in my room every morning. Despite being on the 9th floor, the smell seemed to be connected to the kitchen cooking smell.
